The Sole f85 is one of the outstanding treadmills available with a range of features which leaves most treadmills standing.

With its 3.5 horsepower continuous-duty motor it is capable of speeds up to 12 miles per hour and inclines of up to 15% thereby offering a serious workout.

There is an excellent colour display which gives information on speed,incline,time distance calories used, pulse rate and much more.

The F85 offers six auto workout programs, two custom programs, and two heart rate control programs for cardio or weight loss. The heart rate programs enable the user to calculate targets which provide the most effective workout and which are within safe limits for the individual concerned.

The treadmill is surprisingly compact when folded and so requires little storage space when not in use. The running deck is an impressive 20"x60" and Sole Treadmills have the bonus of the Cushion Flex treadmill deck which reducess impact and helps prevent joint damage. This makes it a better choice than road running for your knees!
